- An oasis in the middle of modern buildings with a pool (in the summer season) and direct access to the beach. Build in 1863 our house dates from the "Belle Epoque" and was largely kept in its origional state.
- A relaxed and quiet environment. We do not allow parties and impose silent hours during the night.
- As a guesthouse we offer the charme of personal contact in a small comunity of staff and other guests. As a guesthouse we cannot offer the same services as hotels tend to do. Our arrival and departure times are not 24/7. You are welcome to check-in between 16:00 and 20:00. check-out is between 07:00 and 10:00. If you arrive early or want to make use of your time after checking out of your room, then we are happy to look after your luguage for a few hours.
- A fridge and water boiler in your room for your personal drinks/refreshments. For the first day we provide you with some coffee sticks, tea, milk and sugar. By the time you finish these you will know your way around town to shop for your personal preferences.
- Heating in winter time and a ventilator during the summer season. Our house is not equipped with air conditioning. If you are sensitive to heat, then we suggest you find accomodation that is adapted to your needs. The Côte d'Azure is known for warm summers.
- Room cleaning and other services "à la Carte". Room cleaning and a change of bed linens and/or towels is not included in the price. You decide if and when you want your room to be cleaned. The charges for different services are found on the "house rules" document in your room.
- Breakfast with mostly home made products. We bake our own bread and make our own yogurt, muesli and marmelade. Products that we do not make ourselves, such as fruits, cheese and ham, are bought in bio-quality. The price for breakfast is found in our price list.
- WiFi is available in the common areas during business hours. The East Wing, West Wing and South Room benefit from WiFi receipt in their room 24/7. If you require permanent WiFi connection, then you should opt for one of these three rooms.
- In order to augment the probability that you are not disturbed by the behaviour of other guests we have a damage deposit policy. Guests leave a deposit of 200 Euro in cash during check-in which is returned to them during check-out. Experience has shown that this policy disencourages guests who tend to exhibit disruptive behaviour.
- Paid parking is available within the premises. The number of parking slots is limited. If you want to make sure that you have a parking slot, then please make sure to reserve in advance. Free public parking is available in the immediate proximity of our house. You should be able to find free parking within a 200 ,etre radius. We only provide parking within the premises for normal sized city cars.
- Our gardens are a delight. You will find sevaral locations to sit and enjoy your surroundings.
