Thank you for your interest in Villa Belle Rive. Our house, as well as the annexe buildings, dates from 1863. Throughout the years, the ambiance of the house has been kept in that period. Plumbing, heating and electricity have been upgraded to modern standards, but the ambiance of the “Belle Epoque” was maintained as much as reasonably possible. If you are looking for an authentic experience, then you are in the right place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\nWith the bus stop at 50 metres, the railway station at 200 metres and the access ramp to the high way at 4km, Villa Belle Rive is an ideal location to explore the “C\u00f4te d’Azur”. We are not only well connected to public transport. Access to the beach is only 50 metres from our premises. Restaurant and shops are found in Cannes la Bocca at a distance of about 500 metres.
If you come for an exhibition in Cannes, the bus and the train provide good, frequent and fast connections. Walking along the beach, you can reach the exhibitions in 20 minutes.\n\n\n\n\n\n
