Our location in Metric: 43.550239, 6.987813, traditional: 43°33’00.9″N  6°59’16.1″E. The most convenient way to reach Villa Belle Rive is to fly to Nice International Airport, Côte d’Azur. You can fly directly to Nice from most European airports. Also companies like EasyJet have Nice in their program. From Nice airport, there is a bus (Service Rapide), which takes you directly to Cannes. Tickets are available just outside the arrival hall of the airport (after collecting your luguage, exit the arrival hall to your left). Tickets are approx. 20 euro one way. The buses leave every 30 minutes from 08:00 to 20:00 and are parked in slot number 3. Arriving at the railway station of Cannes, you simply transfer to another bus (line 1, 2 or A), which will take you to La Bocca where Villa Belle Rive is located. You get off at the bus stop opposite a small hospital (Clinique Méridien). Villa Belle Rive is located immediately next to that clinic.

If you choose to come by car, take the auto route A8 (free-way) exit “Cannes La Bocca” and follow the signs towards Cannes la Bocca. Immediately after La Bocca center – and after passing a group of apartment blocks, you continue directly into Avenue du Dr Picaud. Villa Belle Rive is located on the right hand side (95 Av. du Dr Raymond Picaud). For those who travel by train, take note that the Cannes la Bocca train station is only 2 minutes from Villa Belle Rive.

During your stay

Villa Belle Rive is located directly at the main street connecting to the centre of Cannes. The distance to the centre is about 2 kilometres. The nearest bus stops are only a minute from the front gate. Walking to the Cannes la Bocca train station takes about 2 minutes. The coast line is right at our back gate, where you find a a small tunnel under the railroad track and road, leading directly to the beach. All this makes Villa Belle Rive the perfect “home-base” to explore Cannes and its surrounding attractions.

Within 10 minutes walking from Villa Belle Rive, you will find several restaurants. We are happy to give you recommendations and directions once you have arrived. Bakery, butcher, other shops and banks with cash dispensers are found in the same area. Supermarkets are a bit further away, outside of the centre of Cannes la Bocca, but can be reached on foot. The post office is located behind the market in the centre of Cannes la Bocca.
